About this page
This page is maintained by the Slide 15 team to answer common privacy questions about the Slide 15 app and website. It describes the data the app stores, the third-party services it uses, and the choices available to you. This is app-owner content, not an independent certification or legal advice.
What we collect
Slide 15 is designed to work without creating an account. Most game data is stored locally on your device:
- Game progress, current level, and star ratings.
- In-game coin balance and purchased power-up inventory.
- Sound, vibration, and ad-free preference settings.
- Daily challenge completion date and streak count.
This local data is kept in your browser's storage and is not sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app will reset this information.
Daily challenges
Daily Challenge reward limits are validated on our server using an encrypted session cookie that stores only the current UTC date and how many daily rewards have been claimed. It contains no name, email, account, advertising ID, or device identifier, and it is not used for tracking or advertising.
What we do not collect
Slide 15 has no user accounts or sign-in. It does not collect or request contacts, SMS, call logs, phone numbers, location, camera, microphone, health or fitness data, or financial information. It does not use VPN functionality, health APIs, or any government data source, and it is not affiliated with any government agency. It is not a financial service: the shop sells only in-game items (moves, hints, undos, coins).
Purchases
On the web, optional purchases are processed by Stripe Checkout. In the Google Play and App Store builds, purchases use Google Play Billing and Apple in-app purchase respectively. We never collect, see, or store payment card details, and we do not operate any account, balance, or money-transfer service — in-game coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
Cookies and similar technologies
The app uses local browser storage for game state. Third-party ad and payment services may set cookies or use similar technologies according to their own policies. We do not use tracking cookies outside of those services.
Data retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you clear it. The daily-reward session cookie expires automatically within 48 hours and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data. Purchase records are held by the payment provider (Stripe, Google Play, or Apple) under their own policies.
Children's privacy
Slide 15 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
Platform responsibility
Slide 15 is built and hosted on the Lovable platform. Lovable provides the hosting and deployment infrastructure, while the Slide 15 team is responsible for the app content, data practices, and third-party integrations described here.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the app changes. For questions or data requests, email privacy@mindescapesaga.app.
